Dear Parents,
Red Ribbon Week is October 23rd-31st! This year’s theme is Be Kind To Your Mind. Live Drug Free.
We are asking that you please take a moment before Red Ribbon Week to talk to your kids about making healthy choices. Resources are available at redribbon.org.

Tuesday 10/24
Students participate in actively getting to school by walking or joining the Bike Bus, an adult-led, safety-in-numbers, bike ride to school. Decorate your bikes with red ribbon/red decorations!
There are 2 Bike Bus routes leaving for Marengo at 7:55am:
- Heading South from Garfield Park at Hope/Stratford
- Heading North from Maple/LaFrance.
Join from the beginning for the whole trip or jump in at any point along the route. If students are unable to ride their bike, they are encouraged to walk to school. The class with the highest participation for biking and walking, will get a healthy snack goodie bag at the end of the week! (Teachers will take a tally on Tuesday morning)
