Hearing and Vision Testing

Join Dropoff Valet Team

M-F, 7:30 - 8:20 AM or 7:50 - 8:20 AM

We are currently seeking 5 additional volunteers to join our morning drop-off valet team one or more morning per week. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and smooth flow of traffic. Joining us is a wonderful opportunity to be an integral part of our community and help ensure that our students begin their day with safety and smiles.

The early shift begins at 7:30 AM and involves setting up the cones. If you usually walk your child to school and can spare a moment, the second shift around 7:50 AM is ideal for you.

Marengo's Art Happenings Volunteers

Friday, November 3 @ 11AM - 1PM

Join us as a volunteer at Marengo's Art Happenings event, a joyful art activity incorporated with the cultural and seasonal themes of the month, aimed at nurturing creativity and community for students in grades 1-5.

Volunteers will assist children with arts and crafts activities. Each grade will have a 20-minute slot between 11:20-12:45 in their designated time. Detailed information about volunteering will be provided by the event coordinator before the event. A wonderful opportunity for parents to engage in on-campus art with their children. Occurring six times within the school year.

Classroom Volunteers

If you want to volunteer in your child’s classroom, please contact your Room Parent. If you do not know who it is, please contact your child’s teacher.

In order to be a volunteer on campus, you must complete these two forms:

  1. Volunteer Agreement (PDF)
    Please print and scan/email or hand to your teacher.
  2. Volunteer Proof of Covid Vaccination Form

Volunteering on Campus

  1. Please sign in/out on the Volunteer List in the front office each time you are on campus.
  2. You  must wear a visitor sticker at all times while on campus.
  3. In addition, on campus volunteers must submit proof of COVID vaccination. Proof of vaccination is required only once, not each time a volunteer enters campus.
